Dear Matt,
It appears that RS is working and by default CRM does not allow CRM users
any privilidges at the root directory of RS; CRM users are allowed browse and
view in the directory that is created for CRM reports (just imagine your
accounting department having reports; you don't want casual users to be
poking around in RS directory tree). See if a privilidged user can see
anything at the root. I still think there was some sort of privilidge
problem and the new instalation guide may be a good guide
