In Report Manager, the option to upload a file(report) is not appearing. In
the Home page of Report Manager, there is just one image called Home. When i
click on it, nothing happens.
CRM Server, SQL server, .NET are running on the same machine with Windows
Server 2003.

Sounds like you need to reinstall SQL Reporting Services

sounds like you need to republish reports or privilidges are not set properly.
Look in the installation guide online for SRS hints or republishing reports.

That's true if you have a working Reporting Services interface, that is, if
you can navigate around and the "New Folder" | "New Datasource" | "Upload
File" buttons are visible and working. However, if all it says is Home and
there aren't any working links, it may be that SQL RS did not install
properly.

Dear Matt,
It appears that RS is working and by default CRM does not allow CRM users
any privilidges at the root directory of RS; CRM users are allowed browse and
view in the directory that is created for CRM reports (just imagine your
accounting department having reports; you don't want casual users to be
poking around in RS directory tree). See if a privilidged user can see
anything at the root. I still think there was some sort of privilidge
problem and the new instalation guide may be a good guide
