I have a colleague who accesses his CRM on our server via Remote Desktop. In
the RD session, we open Outlook, go to Tools, Options, Other, Advanced, Com
AddIns and check Outlook CRM Addin. We click OK, but the Addin doesn't stay
checked and no CRM toolbar is available.

What can be done to make the CRM Addin stay checked?

Craig - This doesn't make sense. We access CRM via RDC routinely without a
problem.

Are you sure this is problem is localized to RDC?
