I am about to lose a deal to Salesforce.com. Apparently they have a way to
regard multiple records, and CRM 3.0 does not. I have a prospect that
frequently emails a customer about 3 vendors products (Vendor A, B, and C).
In order for them to quickly answer a particular Vendorâ??s call on the status
of a client, we need to be able to attach that email to not only the
customer/contact, but also all of the Vendors (A, B and C) that the email was
related to. Any ideas?
