Does CRM 3.0 support Recurring Appointments. That is, if a user setups a
recurring appointment in Outlook, will it show up in CRM 3.0.

(This is Not supported in 1.2)

Thanks,

Insane! Anyone over there at MS have insight on when this major oversite
will be addressed? Maybe put it in the patch that will make CRM 3.0 Office
2007 compatible??? Nudge Nudge Wink Wink.

While I cannot give you a timeframe for something like this, I can assure
you we have heard this request a few times. Thanks for the suggestion. We
will consider this feature for a future release. An issue has been entered
into our tracking database.

Has this been fixed in CRM v4.0?

Thanks

You can do this with c360 Group Calendar. Just right-click while on
the calendar control and you will get an option to create a recurring
appointment. I don't think they advertise that feature of the group
calendar last time I checked, but it will definitely handle recurring
appointments like Outlook.

No, CRM 4.0 does not support recurring appointments....though....I really
wish it did! Seems like an awfully large hole in functionality and
integration with Outlook.
