Frustrating issue...

I can launch CRM and not be prompted to authenticate until I open an
Account. At that point it wants my credentials. When I go to any other
entity/area in CRM its ok. If I look at the bottom of the Internet Explorer
window when an Account is open, it says Unknown Zone(Mixed). Ive added the
website/hostname/IP address of the CRM Server to the local intranet and
trusted sites but nothing seems to work. Anyone run in to this or have any
ideas?

TIA

Chad - do you have any iFrames on the Account entity form that might be
hitting a non-crm URL?
We've seen it in some of our demo environments if there is a iFrame that
references a SharePoint site, for example.

Yep, it was an iFrame to a sharepoint site.

try adding your sharepoint site to the trusted sites and it should go away.
