Hi,
I have two problems with my e-mail template:

Handling of pictures:
- How do I instert pictures in a e-mail template and how do I see the design?
- In one e-mail I sent out I did a cut and past from an ordinary e-mail
including pictures. When I did past in the e-mail in the template I could not
see any pictures. However when the e-mail was sent of it included the
pictures in a way that made the e-mail look very bad. How do I avoid this?

Invisible text:
- I made a new template and tried to send it off. But when it was recieved
by the reciepient the text was not visible. The text was only visible when
the e-mail came up as an alert in the lower right corner.

Support would be appreciated.

Mattias

Hello Mattias. If you need to insert a picture into templates, the pic will
be stored in the internet. For example, in your internet explorer put a real
URL like http://www.yourcompany.com. Then you can "copy" image and "paste
(use Crtl + V)" into email templates.
For see the design, sent the email with template to your personal email.
Personally, i use FrontPage for design and i paste into crm templates.
For invisible text, i don't know. Hope that help you the first thing. Bye.

Hello Daniel,
thank you for the help.

I did as you suggested and used frontpage, did cut and paste. The text is
visible in the template. However neither the text nor the linked pictures
displays in the e-mail? The e-mail is just blank when I receives it?

Is it possible to use publisher for the design instead of front page?

Regards,
Mattias
