When we try to print a custom report from CRM, we receive the following error
from Crystal:

Information is needed before this report can be processed. [On Cache/Page
Server:MSCRM.pageserver]

We can see it on the screen and can exported to Word.

I have seen similiar problem in the Newgroup. The suggestion was to verify
the database location is listed as SSO, but we do not know where to find this
information.

You can check to make sure the database source is SSO by opening the Crystal
Reports client and then opening the report. Click on Database > Database
Expert. In the window that opens you'll see a list of available data sources
and the Selected Tables used in your report. The top node of the selected
tables should be *SSO* if it isn't then they connection was not made
correctly to CRM using the Crystal Enhancements add-in that comes on one of
the CRM installation CDs.
