Hi,

Have you tried to restart the pc? Maybe the SFO/outlook client caches the
credentials and used the old credentials to log into the CRM webservice.

After you password changes, you should verify that there are no old cached
login credentials on the client.

1. Navigate to the Control Panel
2. Select 'User Accounts'
3. Click the Advanced Tab
4. Select 'Manage Passwords'
5. Remove any entries pointing to your CRM server

Shawn,
I have the exact same issue but this fix is not helping at all - I installed
the roll up and I still have no way to see a fix on this issue, I have the
exact same error and the exact same entry in the event log - I did the
password thing - did evrything I can read up on in this group and no fix - is
there something else going on??

Thanks in Advance for all of your help,
Seth
