Hi Ghaoul,

It sounds like the crmaddin.dll has not been installed correctly. There are
a lot of Knowledge Base articles describing the various scenarios that may
result in the behaviour of the SFO, as you experiences.

First you can try to re-install the crmaddin.dll, by removing it from
Outlook and re-apply it after having restarted your Outlook-client:

In Outlook, Go to: Tools -> Options -> Other -> Advanced Options -> COM
Add-in

If the crmaddin.dll (Microsoft CRM Outlook Add-in) is listed as available
add-ins, you should try to remove the add-in, close your Outlook and add the
add-in again. You'll normally find the add-in in the following path on your
client PC:

C:\Programs\Microsoft CRM\Client\bin\crmaddin.dll

In some cases you might need to delete the CRM Outlook forms and clear the
cache, if you are reinstalling Microsoft CRM Sales For Outlook. If you only
expiriences problems with one or two of the buttons in the Microsoft CRM
Outlook Toolbar, you can try and reinstall the CRM form for the specific
from-buttonnot working (e.g.: contact, task, e-mail and appointment). for
this you need to download the forms (in Knowledge Base article 862523 you
can find a link for downloading the forms) - but as mentioned above, you may
find a lot of other useful articles in Microsoft Knowledge Base to solve
your problem - log on to Partner or Customer Source and take a look.

Kind regards,

Hi,
first thanks for the addin, it worked out, i get the abr and the connexion
in the folders. but the quick creqte buttons still don't work. I tried to
clear the cache, bit i didn't find a way to get to the sheet that gives me
the link to reinstall the button properly.
And i realised that the whole toolbar installed by sfo, isn't working at all
not only the promote button.
i've spent hours reading with my poor english the KB but i didn't find the
