Hello

I have Outlook 2003 and CRM 3.0 laptop client installed on it. Outlook hangs
a while after the start. If I uninstall CRM client, everything works fine.
After reinstall the same problem occurs. Something wrong in the database?

Any ideas how to get CRM installation repaired.

I'm having this same problem on one laptop. Works fine on all the others, so
I'm assuming the problem isn't the database. Did you find a solution?

I found a solution for my user. Turns out he did some work offline in the
v1.2 client after I upgraded the server to v3.0. Problem was solved by
uninstalling the v3.0 client and MSDE from his computer, renaming the MSDE
data directory, then reinstalling MSDE and the v3.0 client.

Somthing to do with the sync process between outlook and CRM.
A bit buggy I reckon.
But between re-creating Outlook and User profiles and dissabling "sync to
outlook" and "go offline" options of the role the effected user has, that
seems to be what has fixed it for us.
