The best way to do this is to customize the ISV config file for the Outlook
client and add a new button to do this.
The button you are referring to can open the CRM contact web form, but you
have to change each individual user's setting to do this. If you want to do
this, select the CRM > Options menu. On the Synchronization tab, deselect
Contact synching to Outlook. That's another negative to this approach, is
that you have to disabled synching CRM contacts to Outlook.
