When you install CRM Sales for Outlook all of the existing
Contacts are added to your Outlook Contacts. However,
unless you then add all new Contacts through the Outlook
client, the Outlook Contact list does not stay up to date.
We have users who add contacts through the browser
interface, and I need these to flow through into Outlook
(and thence into my PDA).
Is it possible to re-sync the CRM Contacts into Outlook?
