CRM 3.0 installed on SBS2003 w/SQL2005. All users are on workstations
running Outlook client. everything has been running fine since the
installation until this week when on 8 of 10 machines, the CRM toolbar is
suddenly greyed out (inactive). On the same machine, the user can access the
web client with no problem. Tried an uninstall/reinstall which seemed to
load correctly, but now the toolbar is greyed out and the folders under MS
CRM in the navigation pane are missing. It seems like Outlook is not able to
access the server suddenly, but I am not sure.

Any ideas on what to try?
