Hi,

does the CRM Outlook client for laptop synchronize the data when the user
exit outlook?
if no, does it possible to do this?
or does the user MUST click go offline to do the sync.?

thanks.

Jerome.

Data is only coppied to the offline store when the user clicks go offline.
You might be able to create a macro which performs this action and set this
to run on exit of outlook.

can I use the synchronization option in exlorer?
I'm able to synchronize an SQL 2000 database from this point, does it

Assuming you are using CRM v3 then No... the CRM client no longer uses
SQL database replication to do its replication/data transfer.
