Hi,

Is there a way to disable "track in CRM" only for emails from Outlook
client. Our client wants to be able to track appointments, tasks etc on CRM
but not the emails.

Any suggestions will be appreciated a lot!!

Hi Isil

in outlook click on CRM and then options.
under the Select the e-mail message to trak in Microsoft CRM, click E-mail
messages that contain a Microsoft CRM tracking token and not All e-mail
messages.
You will need to restart outlook for the changes to take affect.
