does anyone know if SFO supports Outlook 2003 ?

Thanks for the response Frank,

its just that on our 2003 test user gets the error "An error has occurred.
Please contact your system administrator". when he tried to add an activity
whilst ofline.

Any ideas ?

Try to clear the cache:

Outlook Tools menu > Options > Other > Advanced Options > Custom Formss >
Manage Forms > Select all the CRM forms - 4 of them > click "Clear Cache"

Ahhhh...

I didnt realise you had to select the forms when clearing the cache - I
assumed it cleared the whole cache. We will give it a shot.
