I installed the Outlook CRM client for a user and the offline options
do not appear. I have tried uninstalling/installing but to no avail.

I think it may have been caused because the user used to have a
desktop (and didn't have offline installed). When I switched him to a
laptop he originally had a roaming profile. I have since made his
profile non-roaming and uninstalled/installed the CRM client, but the
offline options never appear. Even the 'Local Data' options appear as
though he is online only. Maybe a registry edit is required?

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Chris
