we are a SW company specialised in Enterprise solutions, and we are
evaluating whether to start selling/customising Microsoft CRM. From recent
postings on the CRM Developer group, we now realise there is no SDK for CRM
Mobile. We would therefore appreciate any feedback on how feasible the CRM
Mobile platform is at present.
As an example, we have a client that is looking at CRM, but who has also
just gone for Blackberry as their mobile platform. Without a Mobile CRM SDK,
can we sell them MS CRM as an enterprise solution that will work on their
Blackberry units?
I would immagine the above is is not an unusual scenario, given that Windows
Pocket PC and Mobile O/S only have about 50% of the handheld platform market,
and even less of the Smartphone market.
