We had a problem at a client here in Chicago that caused us to have to
do a reinstall of the Great Plains integration. After doing a data
correlation of existing records and then a data migration of new
records with the assistance of MBS support we have a sporadic issue
that is preventing the selection of the default unit of measure when we
attempt to add an existing product to a new order.
1. Does anyone have any insight as to what would cause something like
this?
2. One possible solution we have identified would to be to remove the
Unit of Measure field from the CRM UI since in almost every case the
user would just be selecting the default and only option. Can anyone
identify any repercussions?
