Hi,
I'm a newbbie to Crm.
Crm 3.0 has been installed with just the web client i,e no outlook/
exchnage integratiion.
When i run the site the only entries on the navigation bar are
Workplace, Services and Settings.
Any reason why Sales and Marketing are missing?. How can i gain access
to these?

Thanks for all info.

John

Hi John,

I guess you are connecting with the installation user.

Try going to Settings/Settings/Business Units/Users and open your
user.
Check if the "Restrict user" box is checked and uncheck it.
Save the user settings
Hit <F5> and you should be set.

Have a nice day,
St=E9phane.
