I want to have the customer information automatically fill-in from the
Account Entity when I choose the Parent Account in the Customer Entity. It
is not doing this. I have published the "customization" and it still isn't
working. I have tried creating the contact from within the Account Entity
and it still doesn't work. There is nothing I can do to get the fields to
automatically fill-in. What is the procedure for this that I'm not getting
from the online help. My understanding was that it should do it by default
between the Account and Contact.

This can be done by opening the 'from' entity under Settings |
Customization. Under Relationships, double-click the 'to' entity. You will
see a Mappings tab on the left. This is where you can edit or add mappings.

Hi Kenbo,

The mapping will work if you create the contact from the context (ie
contacts side bar) of the account but it won't work if you simply choose the
parent account at a later stage from the contact form.
