Ok, sorry for the dumb question, but is the Email Router supposed to
be installed on the server? If so, yes. If it's something else we're
supposed to install on the client, then no.
We've checked on the server, and the only thing for the CRM e-mail
router is the wizard. When we run that, there are no rules deployed to
the users.
But are there supposed to be? That looks like it's only for handling
Inbound mail, not outbound? We can't send mail.
As for how long we've waited...over 30 minutes, and have clicked Send/
Recieve a few times in that time.
We've also sent mail to non-CRM address, and those send fine.
What can we try?
