is there a way to add the abillity to perform a mail merge to the order
entity like there is on the quote entity?

IE. Print Quote to Customer mail merge on the quote entity.

If so, how can this be done?

George -

I have read your blog listed below previously and is a good "work around".
As everyone in our office would only being using the "laptop (offline)
version" of the client having to modifiy every local instance of SQL might be
difficult.

Is there no way to add the order entity to be included in the mail merge as
the quote entity is? So that we can create templates that can be syncronized
with the offline client?

Hi William,

I suggest you take a close look at products from
http://www.mscrm-addons.com/. They're, by all means, affordable and provide
online as well as offline functionality.

Hope this helps
