G'day Scott,
I can't find the documentation on it, but have you checked that Office
2000 is supported by MS CRM? I've just had a looksy on the Dynamics
Website and while it doesn't explicitly state that you can't use
Office 2000, it does state that the oldest supported version for the
CRM Outlook client is Office is Office XP SP1. As such I would say
your most likely solution here is to upgrade your edition of Office to
one of the later versions. Or you could create a report and export
the data from report to Excel, then from Excel to the document. But I
like the upgrade idea better.
