When I try to do a mail merge, I get the message "a supported version of

What version of MS Word do you have on the machine where the error was
received? Have you tested for this error on other machines?

Thanks Scott, should have included that. Office XP profesional 2000 on
server and 2003 on my laptop. Those are the only machines I have up on CRM
at this time.

G'day Scott,

I can't find the documentation on it, but have you checked that Office
2000 is supported by MS CRM? I've just had a looksy on the Dynamics
Website and while it doesn't explicitly state that you can't use
Office 2000, it does state that the oldest supported version for the
CRM Outlook client is Office is Office XP SP1. As such I would say
your most likely solution here is to upgrade your edition of Office to
one of the later versions. Or you could create a report and export
the data from report to Excel, then from Excel to the document. But I
like the upgrade idea better.

For Microsoft CRM v3.0 Mail Merge support, will need Office XP (2002) and
above.
