I have both keys and have tried both but get the same message each
time. I'm thinking a reinstall is the only option but find it a bit
strange that I have to do this given that the help file for Deployment
Managger says the following:
Upgrade a License for a Deployment
You can upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions as follows:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Workgroup Edition can be upgraded to the
following versions by entering the upgraded license key:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Professional Edition
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Enterprise Edition
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Professional Edition can be upgraded to
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Enterprise Edition by entering the upgraded
license key.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Enterprise Edition is the latest version of
Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 available and, as such, cannot be
upgraded.
*Trial license versions or versions obtained through an MSDN
subscription can be upgraded to any of the previously-mentioned full
editions.*
