Installation completed successfully!!! Not sure what the resolution was but I
verified that file and print sharing were enabled (they were) so I unchecked
file and print sharing, rebooted, re-checked (enabled) file and print
sharing, rebooted and the installation completed. Go figure.
Thanks everyone for your input and assistance.
