Limiting "Send direct e-mail to:"

Is there anyway to remove the "All records on all pages" and "All records on
current page" from the options? We are hoping to avoid having someone send
direct email to their entire Active Accounts view. Thanks!

i am not professional , jst giving u a quick answer :

if you go at setting and role , then you can see different roles for
different entities . Consier the accounts as we usually have record our
there. So give User level privilage (small mountain) to particular user
or to a role (sales , marketing, etc ).

When you do it a person will only be able to see his own record , he
wouldnt be able to see the records of others owners.
thats what all i can suggest.

OR you better wait for any professional who can give u the more
qualified answer :0).
