We recently purchased CRM 1.2 Sales Module for Windows Small Business Server
Premium (CRM English Lic/SA Pack OLP NL Sales Module* for WinSBSPrem,
Quantity 1). We thought that we would be getting 5 licenses with this module.
We needed 15 users so we purchased an additional 10 licenses (CRM English
Lic/SA Pack OLP NL SalesStnd 1 User* for WinSBSPrem, Quantity 10).

When I entered the license authorization number into the CRM 1.2
installation, it states that we have 10 users. Shouldn't we have 15 users?
Did PC Connection sell us the wrong thing?

I don't believe 5 users come with the CRM server module. However many
licenses you specify is how many you will get. :(

Not sure if you were suppossed to get 5 licenses or not. If so, then you need
to contact MBS (or your reseller) and ask them to help you out. A new set of
license keys will need to be genned to get you 15 users.

If your original purchase was just the server license then no you wont
get any extra client license's with it.

Thank you for all of the responses to my questions.

I contacted my PC Connection rep and after some research, he did verify that
his Microsoft contact did quote to him that the package would include 5
licenses. Unfortunately that person is no longer employed by Microsoft and so
the only resolution to the problem is to buy 5 more licenses. PC Connection
said that they would sell the 5 licenses to us at their cost. We're not
happy, but that's the way it goes sometimes.

Thanks again,
