When I trying to connect to the CRM server the Internet explorer windows
desappear.

Anybody has any idea what is happening?

Typically it is because you need to set this site as a trusted site or
your popup blocker needs to be turned off. When CRM loads it opens in
a new IE window which is a popup. By doing these two things it should
load fine unless it is a problem outside this scope.

To set up as a trusted site from within IE, select Tools (menu) |
Internet Options (menu option) | Security (tab) | Trusted Sites (icon)
| Sites

Based on whetherit is connecting via http or https you may have to
deselect 'requires https'.
