Hey Jeff,

Thanks for the post. I have a problem when I click the executables on the
machine I want to monitor from I get the following error:

The application failed to initalize properly (0xc0000135). Click ok to
terminate the application

I also get an error trying to register the .dll's that you listed in your
article. Any ideas? Thanks again.

Those are .NET exe's and dll's. You don't need to register those and you do
need the .NET 1.1 framework to run them.

Hey Jeff,

It was .Net not being installed. Thanks. One more question this user is
set as a sales manager and we need him to have access to the workflow and
workflowmonitor. I searched for where I assign the appropirate permissions
and did not find anything regarding system customizer as per your blog. You
have an idea as to exactly where I would find this permissions? Again many
thanks for your help.

To have access to the workflow manager and monitor, you need right to the
workflow process and workflow process instance. The System Customizer and
System Administrator have these privileges. When you go to Settings -
Business Unit Settings - Security Roles and then open a role, you'll find
them on the tab "Customization" and they're called "Process" and "Process
Instance". You need to set all the rights (create/read/write/delete).
