CRM Installation problem with ASP.NET

Hi all,

I get the following error on installation...
Setup was unable to install Microsoft CRM Server.
Setup was unable to configure the Web services that are using ASP.NET
The path specified cannot be used at this time(80070094).

Installation is on a virtual server on Windows 2003. SQL SP4 and DC are on
different physical Windows 2003 servers. This has happened on two seperate
virtual machines, both Windows 2003 member pre-SP1

I did many times MS CRM Installation , deployment, redeployment /
troublshooting. I am here for your help, just drop a mail on
