We had a consultant import about 2700 leads in to CRM at one point. We never
did anything with them so they remained in CRM. There is a view called
Inactive Leads and this is where they all reside.

My process or processes in CRM makes a Lead show up in the Inactive view.
Every action I take on an Active Lead closes the Lead and places it in the
Closed Leads view.

It may have been from the import, I just can't figure out how to make a Lead
become Inactive.

Sorry, I meant to say, "What process or processes in CRM makes a Lead show up
in the Inactive view?"
