Importing CRM Contacts in Outlook

Hello,

We are using CRM 1.2. Our salesperson are using the CRM client for Outlook.
They need to import their contact in Outlook to synchronize with their PDA.
Is their a possibility to import only their contact and all contacts?
I saw that we can limit this access to the Business Unit. But they are all
in the same BU.

This is not currently supported.

The only workaround is to delete from Outlook the contacts that you don't
want to continue to sync (they won't be deleted from CRM). There are some
Outlook views that allow some sorting that make this a bit easier. It would
be a continual process though (for new contacts).
