Hi,

using the CRM V4 import function I want to import contacts into CRM.
Following the context from my source txt file:

Anrede, Vorname, Name
Herrn,Josef,Banz
Frau,Rita,Birrer
Herrn,Walter,Brunner
An,Andreas und Madeleine,Burkhardt

In the CRM import grid I refresh the data but the state does not change.

What do I have to do to start the import?
Christian

EventID: 17415
Description:
Host MyHost: error while processing organization .....
Exception:
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Timeout expired. The timeout period
elapsed priot to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Hi Christian

I think you should try to write the right names as header in your text file.

I do not know the German version but I would think that instead of 'Name'
you should write 'Nach Name'

Just a thought

When you import the import would read the header and it should send you
further.

Regards

Hi Christian,

Check the if =93Microsoft CRM Asynchronous Processing Service=94 is
started or not.
If you have SQL server time out issues then refer this fix.

Let me know if it helps.
