Hello, I need information about implementing Microsoft CRM 3.0 in the
following environment:
* Lotus Notes as e-mail server
* There is no Exchange Server
* Domain users are on Active Directory

I need to know the following:
* Do I need to install exchange server and integrate it to Lotus?
* Is there any ISV software or connector that lets install CRM with Lotus
and not Exchange
* Any documentation about integrating CRM with Lotus is usefull too

This might help

Integration to exchange is only needed to track incoming emails.
