All,

We currently have CRM 3.0 and using a program called Zfirm Omnirush. I have
been trying to this working but have encountered some errors and have worked
with Zfirm to try to resolve. They mention that the issue might be something
related to the CRM Web service.

Is there a tool or a way for us to monitor the CRM web service to see why
the CRM web service is failing on specific calls?

Thanks,

Tai

Hi,

You can use tracing. Please don't forget to turn off tracing when you are
ready.

Use the diag tool to turnon/off tracing.

Zfirm is all Garbage. The have a background in GoldMine (cheap off the shelf
product) integration which has no comparison to the level of Dynamics.
Better to send their product back and work with a TRUE Dynamics application.
