One user in our organization gets this error when he tries to run any report
from any computer. All other users succeed. He is member of the same groups
and roles. I tested by browsing the report server like this:

If i connect as the user in question to
http://servername/reportserver/companyname_MSCRM

I can see everything like "account distribution" and "account overview". If
click on one of those as the user mentioned I get the error message "The
CRM_FullName parameter is missing a value". He gets the same error
regardeless of which report he selects!

If I choose the same url as any other user in the company a report is
generated without errors.

Help!

If someone can help me with this I will send them a brand new box of Swedish
snaps. Againa, the error is true for only one user

Thanks for your responce but unfortunately it does not solve the problem. The
strange thing is that this is only for this particular user. Sometimes he
also receives the error CRM_Locale as well

Hi Jonas,

What is the Authentication mode specified in IIS? It should be only
Integrated Authentication. If you have specified Anonymous access also,
please turn it off and check.

Yes, it is strange that it doesnt work only for one user.....

Are his/her security role and reporting services role specified correctly?

Niths

I had the same problem - for some users error message
The 'CRM_FullName' parameter is missing a value
when try to run a report.

Please take a look on SystemUser view in SQL: check DomainName field.
It might be that value is different as domains could have alias (I think).
Anyway, after I changed it to be like for other users - it worked!

Let us know if it helps in all the cases.
