Hello, here is the situation: CRM was synchronizing with my contacts in
outlook. In an attempt to clean up my contacts, I deleted all of them and was
hoping that CRM would re-sync. However, the only items that will sync up are
newly created items in CRM. Is there a way to have CRM do a full re-sync of
all the data to Outlook?

You could try going offline.

You need to reset your last sync date in the registry,

Press start button and goto RUN.

Type in regedit

Navigate to HKEY_Local-Machine\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\MSCRM

look for subkey OutlookSyncData

Right click then Modify

Set date back to before you started CRM

Another option for doing this is to deactivate your local data filters for
the contact entity, run the sync to Outlook, reactivate the filters, and run
sync to Outlook again.

The local data filters are also used when syncing data to Outlook.
Deactivating/reactivating the filters will retrigger a sync of all records
to Outlook.
