Nick:

Below is the official MBS party line:

Currently Exchange Server 2000 or 2003, in regards to the Microsoft CRM
Exchange Email Router, is not supported in a clustered environment.
Installing the Microsoft CRM 1.0 or 1.2 Exchange Email Router in a clustered
Exchange environment is not supported.

But that does not mean somone hasn't tried it or made it work.

Dave

This has been done 0- and the details on how to do it were posted on this
newsgroup a few months back. Now that *is* good. Search the archives for
this newsgroup on Google

Another alternative, which is supported, is to install the router on a front
end Exchange server or servers, keeping the shared-storage cluster untouched
(and supported) at the back-end. That topology has other benefits beyond CRM
supportability

I did a POC of this to a client.

We are not in production with it though, but I got it to work in a lab. The
issue that we have is it is installed on the same web server as OWA and that
creates security issues.
