Indeed the issue is that the current CRM Exchange Router is not compatible
with Exchange 2007 (which indeed only installs on 64-bit hardware). The
current CRM Exchange Router will allow user's mailboxes to be on Exchange
2007 but since the CRM Exchange Router has to be installed on the same server
that has the CRM Mailbox and the Exchange Router doesn't work on Exchange
2007 then you have to use Exchange 2003.
If you don't install the CRM Exchange Router you can still promote e-mails
to CRM manually by using the Track button.
