Hi All,

When I try to convert a campaign response to a Lead using "Convert
Campaign Response" button, I get "Platform XML Error Microsoft CRM : a
parsing error was encountered in XML"

Any insights on this error?

Cheers,
Venkatesh

Hi venkatesh

Quick question have you modified the lead form to include any new required
fields, that are not mapped from the campaign response
??

Hi Alistair,

Thanks for your reply. I got the culprit. You get this error if '&' is
used either in Subject field or Company Name field.

Hi venkatesh,

Fantastic, this has just made some of my people very happy, anyone got any
idea why this '&' is such a problem, is it perhaps related a character used
in XML and the system is confused.

Thanks muchly
