Hello. I have one user who periodically gets this error message when opening
outlook. "this reccord is read only in Microsoft CRM. Changes will not be
synchonized to the Microsoft CRM system". I'd appreciate it if someone could
tell me what direction to look in to fix this. (I checked forms, cache, etc.
and his settings were all the same as other users). I've found this group
very helpful on some of the specific problems that I've encountered, so would
like to thank everyone for the useful information.
