I am having an installation of Microsoft CRM on a single Windows 2003 server
which is also a domain controller for a small network.
I am not using any exchange server or any other e-mail server inside my
network, but i get all the e-mail from my ISP's e-mail server

My question is:
Can i track the e-mail coming to microsoft outlook to the crm server? What
changes should i make during the configuration of the crm in order to make
it work?

Thx in advance for your replies

Christoforos,

You don't need Exchange to track email messages in CRM. Install the CRM
Outlook Client and you will get a CRM menu and toolbar, allowing you to copy
emails from your inbox to the CRM server.

You need to track and assign the email, so two clicks required to relate it
to a CRM entity.
