If we send emails from within CRM (and they send fine), shouldn't their
replies show up in CRM as well? Ours don't. Any ideas?

Matt,

If the emailrouter is installed on the Exchange server and the rules are
deployed on the email boxes, the replies should automatically be send to CRM

Hi,
In the settings -> organization settings (i think) there's 1 option that let
us choose if we want send/receive emails on the same "email" or not... sorry
not telling you with more detail but i dont have a MS CRM here... just look
there ;)
