Hi Tia,
- could you send mails from the webclient internal and external from crm?
- Have you installed the MSCRM Exchange Mail Router?
- Have you changed the port from MSCRM or Exchange, from 80 to any other
port?
There are several articles on the partnersource, where you can find the
answers.
