Hello,
I wanted to find instructions for setting up a queue to receive email both
internally and externally. I set this up before a couple of years ago but
not able to locate the instructions. For example, we setup a queue called
support. We setup an email called support@domain.com that is assigned to
that queue. and where we want email to automatically be routed to. I recall
there are some setup steps on the mailbox that needs to happen.
