If we do a mail merge to multiple contacts the merge process which utilises
Word doesn't allow us to attach a file. At least 50% of our email
communications to our marketing lists require attached files to the emails.
We have to create a spreadsheet of the view and save the email address which
we paste into an Outlook email then attach the file and send. This by-passes
the history record against the contact. Can this be fixed ?
