Hi
I am trying to set up automatic email tracking on CRM 4.0. I have installed
and configured the email router and a forward mailbox - test is successful.
I have also got 2 users where the incoming rule = forward mailbox.
When i send an email from another user account in the same domain to a crm
user on whose account the rule deployment wizard has been installed, the
emails get to CRM mailbox but do not get promoted to CRM.
Can someone please help me what I might be doing wrong. I would really
really appreciate some help please.
