We have been looking at the new version of CRM and set up a couple of
queues. These "were" working fine. They then stopped working, so I ran the
Email Router Configuration tool again, which had lost all settings. Once
configured emails started to come in again - but it downloaded all the old
ones again. So three questions:

1. Why may CRM 4.0 have lost the email router setitngs?
2. Is there a way to get the router to remove the emails from the Exchange
mailbox once retrieved?
3. If it needs to be reconfigured is there a way to stop it redownloading
messages?
