Hi,

I have a question for you. Can I install CRM-Exchange E-mail Router in an
enviroment with two nodes of cluster of Exchange Server 2003?

If the answer is YES, please tell me, how can I do that?

Thanks for your help.

Support for clustered servers of any sort is not currently available. If you
are only concerned with outbound email and not inbound, then it is possible to
configure the app to use a clustered Exchange server, but as I said inbound
email will not work.

pasive and 1 node active), does not work e-mail router in this form?

It's still not supported. It may work though, but if a failover occurs at the
right (or wrong) moment, you may have issues.

I'm interested in finding out why the Microsoft Official Curriculum for CRM
3.0 Course Number 8526 on page 45 indicates that Microsoft Supports Exchange
Clustering in an Active/Passive mode. If Microsoft doesn't support this, then
why does the MOC say it does?

Please respond.
